Registration Process

During registration, you must provide your full name, mobile number, and email address accurately. Your account will not be fully activated until both your mobile number and email address have been verified.

Cricx Cricket may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. You may be required to verify your identity using a national ID or passport, particularly for large withdrawals.

Account Security

Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Cricx Cricket will not be held liable if you share your password or allow someone else to access your account. If you notice any unrecognized login, contact our support team immediately.

Always review the odds and conditions carefully before placing any bet on Cricx Cricket. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the "Cash Out" feature is available, which offers a limited option to exit.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each market. Cricx Cricket reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time under special circumstances. Bets may be voided during special events or if irregular betting patterns are detected.

Match Cancellation or Suspension

• If the match is cancelled before it starts — all bets are void and stakes are refunded.
• If the match is cancelled after starting but less than 50% has been completed — bets are void.
• If 50% or more of the match is completed — results stand as of that point.
• If play resumes after a weather delay — the bet stands.

Erroneous Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Cricx Cricket reserves the right to void those bets or re-settle them at the corrected odds. Affected members will be notified by email.

Deposit Terms

All deposits to your Cricx Cricket account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Betting will only be enabled once your deposit has been confirmed.

Withdrawal Conditions

To make a withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient balance and KYC verification must be completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 (BDT). OTP verification is mandatory for every withdrawal request.

• Deposited funds may be withdrawn at any time.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawing via the same payment method used for deposit may be required for security purposes.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held for review if suspicious activity is detected.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, you are generally required to wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a 15x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place BDT 15,000 in bets.

Bonus Abuse is Prohibited

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Coordinating bonus betting across multiple family members' accounts.
• Using bonuses to pursue risk-free or guaranteed profits.
• Claiming bonuses using false or fraudulent information.

If any of the above activities are detected, Cricx Cricket reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings. In serious cases, the account may also be closed.

The Cricx Cricket VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members must earn a specified number of betting points to advance to each tier.
